Tom Mitchell This is my current favorite album by Poemme... and one of my current favorite ambient albums... why? because it has been SO USEFUL to me... for meditation (even though I mostly do silent meditations)... it's useful as background while I'm doing Buddhist chants.... and I also find that it is perfect during DAYTIME use as it doesn't get too "dark" (it has an uplifting daytime quality about it).

Much appreciated!
Namaste,
Tom Favorite track: miniature menagerie.

Paul Mackenzie Ross The Sleeping Pill Mix of this track is sublime - I've not had the fortune to listen to it asleep on a faded moss patch but it was the perfect accompaniment to reading a chapter on shamanism and tree lore in a book about the quest for the green man.

Perfect meditative bliss. Favorite track: asleep on a faded moss patch.
